·        We will only be accepting checks, credit card, or money orders.  (No Cash)  This will allow you to have a record for income tax.

·        WE WILL NOT BE PICKING MEMBERS UP, IF THE SCHOOL ARE DISMISSED EARLY BECAUSE OF SNOW.  This is for the safety of your child and our staff.  The van is very top heavy and we found it was difficult to drive on snow and icy streets last year.

·        Parents must notify the Club before 12 (noon) if your child will not be on the Van.  The answering machine is always on.

·        Because of the number of request we will not be making fee wavers this year.

·        The Club will be closed the last week of school and there will be no van pick-up that week.
